Going Nude! (Nude Shoes)

I love, love, LOVE nude shoes!

They go with almost anything and can make an outfit look sophisticated and timeless. Wear them with a daring printed dress or with solid colours for an instant glam look. They can also be worn with black or nude tights for winter warmth.

Wearing them elongates the legs and gives the appearance of a longer leaner silhouette.

Here is my nude shoe collection...

Elizabeth Arden's Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant

I was looking through some beauty blogs a few days ago and I happened to come across a blog entry that mentioned various beauty products and their multiple uses. So, I started to think about the products I use and which one is the most versatile to me. I chose Elizabeth Arden’s Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant as my most versatile beauty product.

This is a product I like to keep on me all the time. I use this product on my lips, around my eyes, dry patches of skin, as a cuticle treatment and on my knees and elbows. It really is a saviour to me because it instantly soothes and hydrates my skin.

Colour: transparent apricot colour
Texture: Similar to a pot of Blistex
Smell: Quite strong, took some getting used to but it has never bothered me.

Product Reviews: Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow/Liner R.S.V.P

Hey Everyone! I haven't posted a blog entry for about 2 weeks so I thought I would give a quick review about a product I have been using everyday in the last week.

Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow/Liner R.S.V.P

The colour: a dusty pink champagne shade with shimmer.

Texture: Creamy and smooth.

Uses: As an eyeshadow, eyeliner and an eyeshadow base.

I bought this product after watching juicystar07's youtube blog review and she made it sound like just the product for me when I don't have any time on my hands but I still want to look made up.

What I like about this product is the colour, texture, its buildability and blendability. All you have to do is swipe it over your eyelids with your finger tip to apply it. If you want to build the colour just wait 30 seconds between each application. Blend simply with your fingertip.

When I wear it I apply one layer all over my eyelid, into my crease and just above my crease. I let it dry for 30 seconds and then apply another layer into my crease and the outer corner of my eye so those areas are a little darker. Then I apply black mascara to my lashes. Depending on how much time I have I also apply black eyeliner.

Yesterday I applied it at 7.30am and checked to see if it had creased at 2.30pm. It had creased slightly so I just used my finger tip to blend what was already on my eyelids into the areas that had creased and went back to work. Problem solved :)
